Highland Haven is still in an area designated as “Severe Drought”, see attached map. The Central Texas Groundwater Conservation District has extended its 15% Mandatory Reduction. The City of Highland Haven annual groundwater permit has been reduced by 15% from 82 acre feet to 69 acre feet. We need everyone’s assistance by reducing lawn watering as much as possible to keep our water use under 69 acre feet.
