In an effort to reduce expenses and conserve resources The City of Highland Haven is rolling out several payment options for our customers.  We now offer ACH Bank Draft Services as well as Online payment options.  Our online payment portal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as e-checks.

To reduce postal expenses associated with mailing a post card bill, customers can register to receive their utility invoice by email instead of traditional mail service.  Customers will receive their email invoice much earlier than using traditional mail service.

Please take a moment to set up your online profile as we now have the ability to notify customers via e-mail if there are any major problems with the utility services in their area.
