Marble Falls businesses must require customers and employees wear face coverings due to COVID-19 effective midnight, June 29, 2020.

Mayor John Packer today issued an order requiring businesses to enforce the wearing of facial coverings for customers and employees due to the COVID-19 Virus.  The Order is effective beginning at midnight today, June 29, 2020.

Face coverings must be worn at all times by persons over the age of two years old and who can medically tolerate doing so when in public places within the City of Marble Falls.  The requirement applies to employees, customers and clients of businesses within the City.

The City of Marble Falls encourages residents to follow this Order to protect themselves and others from the virus.  The goal is to protect the spread of the COVID-19 Virus.

Businesses are expected to be community partners by ensuring employees and customers wear face coverings.  Businesses can turn away anyone who refuses to wear a face covering.
