Community Photo Directory

The Ladies Club has partnered with LifeTouch Church and School Directories to give you a color photo directory of all our community members.  Each participating household will receive a FREE color directory and a FREE 8″ x 10″ color portrait of their family. Additional photos orders can be made at time of appointment (20% discount to Military, First Responders, Seniors).  PHOTO-TAKING SESSIONS are by appointment and are scheduled for :

Thursday/Friday  –  November 8th and 9th, 12:00 – 7:00 pm

Saturday              –  November 10th, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Tuesday/Wednesday –  November 27th and 28th  12:00 – 7:00 pm

Please email your top TWO appointment time choices to the email below.  Include the following required information for the appointment:

– LAST NAME, first name/spouse first name (total # of people in photograph),

(any special requirement: wheelchair/sitting only/ other)

– Children’s names (total # of children to be photographed)

– Pet’s names  (total # of pets to be photographed)

– Multi-generational photos (indicate total # and all names)

– Your phone #

The earlier you make your reservation for your photo session, the better chance you have of getting the time you want.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your desired appointment times but they are filling up!

You can now sign up online for your photo sessions by clicking the link below.  It will take you to the Highland Haven Community Scheduler.  Under “Photography Session Locator”  select the # of people in your group then just follow the prompts to select your desired date and time.  If you have questions, please call Karen Berry at 830-220-2333.
