Burnet County will be in one of the best viewing areas in Central Texas for the eclipse on April 8, 2024.  We are being advised to prepare for very large crowds which will impact roadways, lodging, restaurants, food stores and fuel stations.  Cellphones and other communications systems may also be impacted by the many visitors expected in our area.  We will be providing more information over the next few months leading up to the eclipse on April 8, 2024.  Below is the Burnet County eclipse website.
