NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED… * AFFECTED AREA: I-35 CORRIDOR, THE HILL COUNTRY, EDWARDS PLATEAU, AND RIO GRANDE PLAINS. * TIMING: FROM 1 PM UNTIL 9 PM. * WIND: SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 25 MPH IN THE EVENING. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY: AS LOW AS 15-20 PERCENT. * FUEL DRYNESS: DRY TO CRITICALLY DRY.
