Capital Area Rural Transportation System (CARTS) will reopen with a 10:00 am ribbon cutting on Friday, January 13, 2017.  CARTS provides transportation on fixed schedules to Austin and other parts of the local district counties: Burnet, Llano, Blanco, Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Travis and Williamson.
