Our Highland Haven Property Owner Association (POA) operates and maintains a boat & trailer parking, and storage unit facility.  This storage facility is for the use and benefit of all POA members!  The convenience and its location within our community, behind our Community Center, make the storage/parking spaces highly sought after.  Spaces are limited, and waiting lists are sometimes long.  Besides the convenience of this storage, this facility benefits all POA members because the rental income is the primary revenue source for our POA.  These dollars are reinvested into our Parks and the Community Center, and pay for operating expenses, like insurance and maintenance.
