Important Notice – Temporary Water System Shutdown on Monday, September 23rd, 2024

The City of Highland Haven is in the final stages of updates to the water system infrastructure. We are reaching out to notify you of potential impacts to the system on Monday, September 23rd, that may require a temporary shutdown of the water system. During this time, we kindly ask all customers to turn off non-essential water uses to help maintain pressure in the system. This includes:

  • Irrigation
  • Watering lawns or gardens
  • Washing cars
  • Filling or refilling of swimming pools
  • Use of washing machines or dishwashers
  • Any other non-essential water usage

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Our team will do its best to notify everyone just before we begin the shutdown and once the work is completed. Again, the work shutdown will be Monday, September 23rd, most likely mid-morning and is estimated to last 10 to 15 minutes.

Thank you for your patience and support as we work to enhance our water system for the benefit of all our customers.
